Done & everything working!!!
Finally got 1% workin, after sum digging around i found out i left a couple things out of framework_res.apk
If it don't show the status bar after flashing just clear cache 3x dalvic 3x & reflash rom, them reflash this & it will fix it
This is a stock ei22 theme base for everyone to build themes off of. It has pulldown animation(thanx gitusum for everything) & locks mod(thanx maddoggin & sbrissen), no ciq, power menu, & hotspot hack. full thanx & credit coming when done
& many more thanx coming soon, let me kno if i forgot you
Doing this for all the lazy themers & noobs so we all can have something set up to just put images in & be done
