Stuck on startup Help

I have a photon 4g which I have rooted. I installed a fingerprint scanner app that starts when phone boots ups ,but now it's locking up and closing. Is there anyway around it so can remove it?

What's the name of the scanner app? Maybe start the phone, and once its booted call it from another phone, when the phone is picked up, click the home button, go into settings then applications and try and uninstall the app while the phone is picked up. This may be a work around so you can delete the app and still have a functioning phone without having to flash all the way back to stock.
