You will need to download the following:
Android SDK (http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html) (you’ll want the .exe version for windows)
Latest RUU (http://www.filefactory.com/f/c87a2330449af512/) (based on your carrier) you’ll want the one with the highest number, that will be the most up-to-date RUU.
Now let’s get started:
You will need to set up the ADB Server (if you do not know how to do this The Unlockr has put together a very nice tutorial)
You will need to start the RUU (ROM Update Utility) that you downloaded above.
Just follow the prompts in the RUU and it will update your Sensation to Stock 2.3.4 with Stock Recovery and bootloader.
Un-rooted-finished!
