[ACS] [Theme] Stock EF02 AND Pastel blue EF02 theme for EC05 W/ 6 lockscreens

Just put these together for everyone! EC05 only!!! It has only been testing on Syndicate 1.2, but it SHOULD work on any other rom. Let me know what you think.
Now there is also a pastel blue version requested by Shawayne21.

No apps will be touched. Just status and pulldown bar and lockscreens are themed.
