What is the MD5 for?

The md5 sum allows you to check and make sure that your downloaded file wasn't corrupted during the download process. There are alot of apps (free) on the market such as MD5 Hash and Has Droid that work well for checking the MD5. You can also do a google search and find some nice free programs for your desktop also.

Hi! Again, thanks for 3.0!

I do have two specific problems I'd like to share and hopefully find a solution to. These are NOT 3.0 specific as they have been lurking since 2.1 for me.

First, missed calls. I prefer to use GO Contacts/Dialer for my default dialer instead of the aosp one. But I always have to go through the aosp dialer to clear a missed call notification at the top. I've spent some time looking through the aosp dialer options to maybe turn this off to no avail. Anyone else using a different dialer, that they have to go back to aosp to just clear the notification or is it just me?

Second, gtalk video error. This is most likely my fault. Before 3.0 we were only able to video talk on wifi. I followed some instructions on an xda thread to buy sqlite editor to change a setting deep in the google talk settings. Don't exactly know where anymore since it's been a while but I remember changing a value from "true to false" or vice versa under the google talk under wifi. Now, right after I did this, whenever I would video chat I can see myself on the small screen on the bottom right still.. BUT the main large screen where we see the other party is blurred/fuzzy - sort of like a tv screen without reception fuzzy picture. Does anyone know how I may be able to fix this? I was hoping an update to 3.0 would solve the problem and reset everything but the problem is still there.
