ROM updates

Noob and I know it please don't yell just yet :)

I have installed the RG 3.0 ROM works great BTW. I have a question about updates.

1) when a new version of RG 3.0 comes out do I have to completely redo my phone? If so what the best way?
I have ROM manager installed (paid version). I just want to know what to look for when I see a update to the ROM.

No worries we welcome all. We all have to start somewhere. As far as backing up. Always do a backup before an install or make sure you have a good one stored already.. Also a lot of updates you can just flash over the top so you will be fine.....Another good app to have is MyBackupRoot...both are must haves...you should always have a backup via clockwork..its like "known last good config" on your pc...and can be a lifesaver
