well its been awhile since my last update. truth is there isnt to much to update on the gingerbread build. if you guys have seen something on a gingerbread build you would like let me know and Ill try to give you guys an update.

and since you are asking, i'd love to have sweep to wake on my dhd. i found some info on it, but its a lot to learn if i want to start from scratch. i hope it wont be so bad for you

i really hope you can just fork from showp1984, but im afraid it wont be that easy. also if you do get into this, i cant test if you need.

I'm familiar with showp1984s work. Not sure if I can add it to the DHD. Ill see if it will just be a fork. If so than Ill add the mod in.

Any chance you still have 11.1 NCR you can post a link to? I can't seem to find it anywhere and the link on the OP is not working. The BT voice dialing issue is forcing me back to that one.

Love your Kernels BTW. Been using them ever since I got my Inspire. Tried others, but always come back to yours.

LOOKING FOR A HELP

Klquicksall, i.m a long time user of ARHD and your kernels, but lately im a facing an issue


Since my last return on DHD from service i have trouble with the proximity sensor ...i have to press the phone very close to my ear to shut -off the screen...if its shuts and from this touching diffrent stuff on my screen (like closing the microfone)

i try to use the DHD Proximity Sensor Recalibrator which solves my problem but only temporary till the next reboot


the problem seems to be in failing to write permanently the calibrated values in the file


/sys/devices/virtual/optical_sensors/proximity/ps_kadc (no mather that i edited the permissions in Root Explorer )


i understand from LEPPIE...the creator of the Recalibrator that the kernel must be PATCHED (the way is described in the link)

Lord Clockan already did this and his kernel works with the recalibrator but to be honest your V11, V12.2 2WCR kernels always worked better and smoother for me (and for other ARHD users with the same issue (or nor :) ))
