Feel free to place these apps back in your /system/app folder keeping in mind they do not work.

3.5 is supposed to be better for the single core processor phones (If I read it correctly) so I can't wait to try this out....BTW - don't forget that high bar you set for yourself.... :-)

Well what i have working does seem smoother and a little snapier, there are some significant bugs though like bluetooth doesnt turn on (I rarely use bluetooth so not so big to me) wifi is a little flaky but i think i have that tweaked a little better. what i really like is the new quicklaunch widget and hopefully someone with way more skill than me can find a way to port that over to the 3.0 roms. and as far as that bar goes i think i may have tripped over it a little LOL.

P.S. yep still married, 25 years this december. although when she asks about what im doing she just gets that "Dear in the headlights" look when i try to explain it. LOL.

Since i know someone will ask this question, yes USB Tethering works. I am connected and posting this via tethering right now.

I'll confirm WiFi tethering this evening, I suspect it will work even considering that to turn it back off you must reboot the phone.
