As above follow the exact procedure (done a few times) and at the recovery screen just scrolls like mad I have checked xda a few posts on fixes but all the roots through odin end up with scrolling recovery screen. see device info

Is there any known fix for this with a updated root method or is this an issue with ClockworkMod and they need to go and fix it to work on the latest galaxy tabs?

Hello, i have the same problem but found a sollution in another thread. Look at post 13 in that thread, there is a link to a recovery file that does work, i just tried it and it works fine now.

I found a solution

First thing is you need to fix up your Galaxy Tab to get back to the original default android recovery mode. This means you need to reflash through odin so follow the unroot in first post

a. download the files (written blue download) this root method did not work for me (might be my version) the files is one you need below.
b. Scroll to the bottom of the post to Now for the UNROOTING PROCESS!! and follow that by flashing (PDA Button and then select the P7510XABKMP_P7510UEKMP_HOME.tar file )

This did not wipe anything apart from the swype keyboard being in a diff language?? Anyway you are back to stock android recovery!!!!

I flashed back to stock to play with ICS and mostly to get my cameras back. (now that the wife has a nex7)
