DEODEX is part of the rom not the kernel

Sorry about that I mean that while I was over at XDA I saw the link to the download and that prompted (as in gave me incentive to join) me to sign up and join the forum. I figure you guys ARE the team releasing all the goodies I'm using on my phone so I might as well come hang out with the team responsible for it. :) Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks a bunch. :) On another note, can you answer the question a few posts back regarding how to Odin flash a .zip file please. I was thinking about just extracting the .zip and creating a .tar on my Linux box but I don't know if it has anything to do with folder/directory structure within the zip file or not.

I flashed it and it works very nice. I've only had 1 LoS since I flashed it yesterday as opposed to roughly 3-5 LoS daily. It definitely helped and I'm looking forward to future updates for this. :)

when i am trying to access the link for the kernel it is giving me a forbidden message... and i cant download it... any alternate mirror would be great...

Im in the same boat. I keep getting an error 403 forbidden message. I tried disabling antivirus but got same message. Is there any other way I can get the zip?
