[UTIL][WIN][01/04] ACS HTC Super Tool v3

My anit-malware is alerting me to Exploit.Linux.Lotoor!E2 with the download of the tool. Has anyone seen that before? Is it just a result of the fact that the tool is used for gaining root access or is there a problem with the download?

It is an exploit....so yes it will,catch it....see the post just above yours for another example....it is safe...so just allow it or disable your anti while you run it...

Steps:
Step 1: Make sure drivers are installed!
Step 2: Make sure USB Debugging is enabled
Step 3: Un-Zip
Step 4: Click on the SuperTool.exe
Step 5: Enjoy!

no errors but i can tell you im scared shitless of rooting my device wich is an hetc design 4g i just got it out the box updated everything its my first smart phone and i want to unlock its full potential i just dont want to brick it making a novice mistakepls help me im a noob at this

For *nix users, download the attached file, unzip to the to the OP's extracted folder, then chmod +x lol.sh (it should already have +x but just to be sure) you may then run lol.sh to use the supertool!

@frigid, may wanna include these files in your next release, feel free to modify the .sh as you see fit ;)

.sh file for those that don't need adb and fastboot: (just remember to add aliases to ~/.bashrc or ~/.bash_aliases)
