Bad news guys, my Replenish broke this week, and I'll no longer be able to work on PhoeniX. Everyone has been asking about how I added my SD card as the /data partition, and I am compiling a guide on it, but I won't be able to do anything further for this device. In a scramble to get a replacement phone so I could be contacted for emergencies and work, I decided to go with an HTC Evo 4G LTE rather than another Replenish. I still hope to be able to continue working with the ACS team when my replacement arrives, like picking up app development again. I hope to make the guide as easy as possible for non-technical users, but I can't stress enough how important it is to read EVERY warning I and other users post. I can't tell you how many times people have contacted me telling me they put their phone in an unusable state and I have pointed them to an exact post warning that something could happen.
My guide should be up sometime this weekend, either in a few hours, or sometime Sunday. Not sure how long I'll be home tomorrow. I want to thank everyone who has used PhoeniX and for providing feedback, it was a very fun project to start tweaking Android, and I hope to continue when I get my Evo. I also can't stress enough how much Shabbypenguin has helped me in getting this started, and how much better PhoeniX got when used with DMRLook's custom kernel. If anyone should be receiving the thanks and donation requests, it should be them. It honestly surprised me to hear a few people tell me I should have set up a donation link, but I can't take credit for a lot of the real work that was done.
You've done a great job helping others and i just want to say thanks.
As a last effort kind of thing, I tried to put together the guide for using an SD card as the /data partition. Hopefully I found the right boot image and my steps in the pdf are all correct. Head on over to http://goo.im/devs/firehak/ to download it.
