Installed this last night... incredible build. It's very smooth for a first release. 3G, 4G, Wifi and GPS all work. All of the settings seem to work so far, the MMS and SMS are also working. I still have yet to make an actual phone call, but I will test that later. It is a step behind (lag) when moving about the home screens, app drawer, screen rotation or settings. But then again, they may just be how a "stock" browser will always react, I've been using Revival v3.0 for that past month and that UI is really quick.

All in all... ICS is here and it looks promising. I have posted some screen shots below...

U can make phone calls, I noticed in the lock screen when you listen to music the wallpaper disappears

I IMMEDIATELY jumped onto this rom. crazy smooth and stable for an alpha. LOVE it. faceunlock sometimes cant see my face but i also have a ginger fro. so far bad battery life but it might have been the camera starting up from face unlock. still amazing rom! NO FC's!!!!!

Face unlock is pretty hit or miss sometimes.. lighting has a lot to do with it.
