I was wondering what speed alot of you are running at max to min? I am running the tsmrevamped rom and the new touch rogue.(5.8.1.5). Also running rogue kernal (2.6.35.14). New to this over/under clocking. Can you really oc a chip that is designed to only handle a certain limit.

Our phones are only 1ghz correct? but yet I see peeps oc to higher amounts?

(wrong section, this belongs in the General section or Q/A). well our phones are clocked at 1.2Ghz and to my knowledge, you can overclock to 1.4 Ghz and still have the phone working fast and nice as long as u have the kernel that supports it. You can also go higher to 1.7Ghz but you phone will slow down if not immediately 5-10 mins after because its too much for our phone unless someone creates something that will make it work. usually the highest is 1.6Ghz. but it does make the phone run a bit smoother running at 1.4ghz. and again it all depends on the kernel ur using if it supports high voltages or not. and minimum i believe it's 200Ghz. its a lot slower but it saves battery when ur not using it. usually i prefer (Voltage control). u can find that in the market

I know was wrong forum, realized after I posted. They will move it. On another note it seems to do little if nothing. Phone has always ran like a swiss watch, just trying to make it alittle faster.

i run at 1504/50uv and thats as fast as im going till nexus is released.
