It's cause of dsp manager. Me being into audio and using my phone as a mp3 player in my car threw 3.5mm aux cord I was able to make cm7 sound 10x better then stock did

So then do I uninstall the dsp manager? The quality is killing me

Dsp manager is pre-installed worth all cm builds

My problem though is that the quality in cm7 is the worst stuff I've ever heard. For some reason I'm getting this mono sound through my headphones. It gives me a headache just listening to it. And I know it's not a hardware problem because I switched back to the stock rom and the audio problem was gone

But dsp manager doesn't do anything for me. I've messed with all the settings and no change. I think I'll just go back to stock for now

Well, I'm jumping ship now that CM7 is stable.
