Had this for two days. Bugs Ive found:

Virtual voicemail kept fc so much I had to uninstall it.

I was rooted and after this flash Im no longer rooted. (Can anyone suggest how I should root with this mod? Same?)

Scrolling seems to have slowed. Not freezing or even snagging but slow. Before If i really hit the scroll thumb the list would fly. Now it goes a few and slows/stops. May be intentional.

Settings fc every so often.

3g and 4g much slower. (however I did have one test faster than Ive ever had) Overall though connectivity and speed seems hampered.

A plus is holding down home still brings up last programs used but its much nicer and holds more it seems. Scrollable screenshots of where youve been on your phone.

Another plus is ics screenshot is vol down and power which is a vast improvement from home and power.

Bug is security screen immediately kicks in no matter how long you tell it not to. Immed? locks immediately. 10 min locks immediately.

Speakerphone mic volume has fallen off. Before speakerphone used effectively with no complaints. Now everyone says what what what what what.

Someone mentioned gps not working. Ive had no problems.

its a tar so ya your gonna loose root but there are rooted tars out. vm is known issue and for speeds being down thats odd, what modem/kernel are you on? most of your other issues i dont have so no answer.

'tar' is new to me. Had an htc evo and always just flashed zips.

So If i flash a different tar is it like flashing a different rom? And will a rooted tar be ics?

Any suggestions for a good rom/tar which is rooted where everything works?

tars are used by odin to flash and zips are flashed with cwm. leaks are not the best choice for stable but some are and new ics leak FC05 is most stable at this point. if you need any help just ask or pm me.

Awesome. I really appreciate it. I like this leak but I do need to change to something more stable now. I want root as well. Ive gotten used to several root apps. I will search for fc05 and read up on it. Will likely flash tomorrow.

Ok since Im currently on a tar without cmw I should stay with the tar. Right?

All the instructions are there. Sorry for asking before reading. Ill go with the Odin instructions preserve data.
Edit: cancelled preserve data and started wipe. Better safe than sorry.

yes its rooted, exe has its own odin then after you odin that use the auto root package to put cwm on. its all there in the thread "how too" and links
