Best video player WITHOUT all kinds of wild permissions. Suggestions?

On the Evo3D, the default video player works fine but Im always curious about options.

In the market I see a few, the best seems to be MX video player which has some wild permissions, ie altering battery stats. Not really into that. Keep in mind that I despise ads. I dont use a single free version of anything, all pro/premium.

Anyone know of any 'needle in a haystack' vid players that I could try? Is winamp pro worth purchasing?

I can't remember the exact permissions right now for this app,, and it does have a warning when you get it,, but i haven't had any problems out of it.. i actually really like it.. it's called "super video, floating and pop up.." there are NO ADS. its made by GPC,, the same people who made the "super manager" app.. (from Taiwan) it let's you adjust your screen size to be able to move it around and still perform tasks in the background.. neat trick.. check it out.. :-)
