Image Gallery showing Wrong Images

I decided to do a little clean up on my GNEX today and moved pictures and videos from my camera directory to individually labeled folders. After moving them I went to my gallery to check on some things and noticed that many of the pictures I moved are showing up in the gallery still and when you select them it brings up another image. So pretty much the thumbnail is wrong. How can I fix that? I don't want to do a complete wipe and have to reload all my apps and info. Any ideas?

Have you tried deleting the thumbnails? They should rebuild after reboot.

No. Where do you do that at?

Look in the camera folders or in dcim folder

I have searched and can't find anything. Any other ideas?

Maybe try wiping gallery.apk cache from the apps menu. For me the thumbnail images and data are in mnt/sdcard/DCIM/thumbnails

I tried that and that didn't work either. I did find it though. I had to go to two different directories in the SDCard/Android/Data folder (The ones labeled with gallery3d in them) and clean them out. That got it just right. There is no more Thumbnails gallery under DCIM in ICS.

Working great. I had to reboot the phone and then it took a few seconds for the new thumbs to generate but it is all good now.
