I can't seem to add any attachments for this contest!!!! bahhh! I looked in the FAQ but couldn't find anything, maybe i'm looking in the wrong place?

When i go to settings, i go to the bottom to attachments and when i click on it there is no option to add anything.

When i click on manage attachments while replying to this thread, nothing happens when i click the button...

Any ideas?
