I just followed qbking77's WONDERFUL how-to videos on updating the ROM on my Sprint Epic 4G, I live in Los Angeles, so my signal is pretty stable most of the time, however I was using a Gingerbread Rom prior to upgrading to ICS, and getting an average of 2-4 bars in 3g signal on my phone. I also have a zBoost SOHO Signal booster I installed in my home to boost the interior signal even more. However, since I have upgraded to CM9 Beta 2, I'm averaging 0-1 bars most of the time. I had EI22 base band version, I used Odin to overwrite it to FC05 and even FC09, and none of them have given me any better signal level. Can anyone recommend the better or best Baseband modem version to use with Sprint's service on the Epic? I really appreciate any suggestions and I'm happy to have found this forum, it's great with information.
