You need to get Titanium backup pro, It does not work well when restoring to ICS rom but, at least you know what you had. I love to flash myself and found some good roms but I am just waiting for the dust to settle. My favorite rom is Blazer 4.0 from Phantom. I am a private member to his site. I will just stay here for now, all works perfect and fast. I have bricked my phone several times and recovered it. I just see no reason to flash things that will not be here long. Wait for the final release with the build and kernal and now we are talking. I will flash my ..... off.

Man,I just watched his review of the aokp rom..I need it!! So hopefully when I get my laptop fixed next week I will need to..odin back to rooted stock El29...then I flash the aokp rom correct? Ive never rooted this phone yet so im still new to this
So, I tried out the FD24 update. I like it, but I've noticed a pretty major battery life decrease, so I want to go back to EL29 until more stable leaks come out or the official update is released. I'm pretty new at all this though, so I'm not entirely sure the best way to go about this. I've been doing a little research and it seems like I need to use ODIN, which I have now, but I'm not 100% sure how to use it. Do I need to download anything to flash my phone back to EL29, and if so would anyone be so kind as to point me in the right direction?
Thanks!
This really isn't the thread for this, and I apologize to the community in advance, but this is where the help was asked for and I will respond.
Bumsock next time, please try to ask your questions in the appropriate thread. If you can't find answers there, you can always PM me, buddy. In fact, I've already sent you a message regarding this.
Back up your stuff> Do Full Data Restore because you're downgrading> Flash EL29 Stock /W Root using Odin One Click> Follow all the developers directions to the letter. You should be good.Check out qbking77s YouTube videos. He gives some great step by step easy to follow instructions on all of this stuff. He makes it really easy for anyone who is just starting out. Read the PM I sent you. It's going to save you a lot of grief that I had to learn the hard way. If you run into any trouble, I'm happy to help. Just let me know.

So is it at all possible to do without an SD card i thought the phone came with one but when i try to install it says failed to mount sd card! Pretty new to this any help is appreciated
You have to save it to a SD card as opposed to your phone's internal memory.
I actually found a One Click Odin for FD26 Just flashed a stock rooted version of that and it worked idk if it is supposed to work that way but so far so good!
