CyanogenMod 9 for the e739!


Instructions:

1.Make a Backup!!
2.Fully Wipe your Phone
(Format /system,/data,/cache, and dalvik)
3.Flash CM9
4.(optional) Flash Gapps >HERE<
5.Reboot
6.Profit.

*If updating from previous nightly, on step 2, only wipe dalvik and cache. Also skip step 4.

What does the cache and dalvik erase from your phone?

cache is just data that's saved so it doesn't have to be loaded again.
Dalvik is like that, but it's on the operating system level. It's just data used to make your phone faster.
After it's wiped, it takes a little while to rebuild it, which is why it takes so long to boot the first time after flashing a new ROM.

I'm not sure if they did, but if they did, I wonder what changes it brought. Nothing is stated about the kernel in the changelog.
