I'm unable to hear my ringtone when I'm using my headphone.When some one calls it plays the ringtone out of the phones speaker so unless I'm looking at the phone I don't know that any one has called. I called verizon and they hold me that the headphones that come with the phone don't have that feature and that I had to buy a pair of bluetooth headphones for that feature.I think it is kind of silly that i have to look at my phone to see if any one has called because i cant hear the ringtone. I wanted to see if anyone else is having the same problem
