Here's my favorite apps:
androidVNC - VNC remote into your computer
Citrix Receiver - wonderful if your company uses Citrix
Linux Commands - Linux cheat sheet- useful if you are newer to linux, or can't remember certain commands
Office Talk -If your company uses OCS, get this. Works great, and I've tested many apps for this.
PlayOn - PlayOn media server- stream netflix, hulu, nbc, abc, etc etc to your phone
RockPlayer - Almost like VLC media player- but for your android
ShootMe - Screenshot tool - everyone should have if they don't already
SoundHound - Music recognition- works great, and doesn't have a limit
TV Shows Stream - Stream tv shows from the web (similar to surfthechannel.com and tv-links.eu - any show, any episode, any time)
PlayOn sounds interesting Parabola. I'll give it a try.
Some of my most used apps are Fring, BofA app, Dolphin HD, Scrabble, and TiKL (takes me back to the nextel days). I have a few games but I don't play many of them besides Scrabble.

Okay, everything's working. It seems to be default behavior in vBulletin - signatures only show up once per thread. I may find that setting later and disable it. Removing previous off-topic discussion... carry on everyone.
LauncherPro should be on the list - looks like it isn't already. I include it in all of my ROMs - it's 1000x better than TouchWiz, and everyone except rjmjr69 agrees. ;)
Go Launcher EX is another good one. It'd probably be my second choice. The Go team seems to do well; Go SMS is about as good as and in some ways better than Handcent.
One of the lesser-known launchers is Zeam - it's known for being light.
This is the only camera app I have found where zoom (digital) works with the indulge:
