Steer clear right now there are some hiccups it bata you can get stuck with no back up, uprooted, and a handy capped phone should get worked out soon going back to 0.9 and will try again. Unfortunately I have no time to do that till after work tomorrow so I will have to deal with it. So I used the app It did its thing when to recovery screen booted it up no update phone is unrooted and now app say sd card is not mounted or url error. Which it is neither. Also it now shows version 1.0 and 1.1 any incite. Love your work this new format has got some kinks. any ETA on a bat. oh and I paid for donate version so kinda bummed. :-(


Update looks Like shabby is working on problem as we speak let you know how it goes tomorrow.

okay so I flashed 0.9 again. Got the app once again. downloaded 1.1. It restarts the phone black screen for about 5 seconds. Then boots into recovery menu, and it says at the bottom "update backed up: not installed" I hit reboot and noting has happened, install was only successful in rebooting my phone.

no at this time 1.x versions are no good, they boto but no 3g or wifi. spent a good amount of hours on trying to figure out whats wrong

donate version is still nice to have ;)

Ok I have a post on the One Click Root thread also but after looking around I'm wondering if I need to do this ROM thing so if anyone is still looking at this thread and would like to help a guy that has no clue what he's doing much appreciated =)

Hi Shabby and Intrdpth! With the New 2.3 Gingerbread Android OS Update on the Prevail, is the ShabbyMod 0.9 compatible with it? Is the ShabbyMod 0.9 ROM compatible with a rooted Prevail running 2.3 OS? Please, someone let me know.
